Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-05. These terms govern your use of PortraitPop (“the Service”), operated by First Spark Studios (“we”).

1. The Service

Upload a few selfies and get 24 seasonal AI portraits that actually look like you. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, ready to post, print, or send as cards. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or images of people who have not consented.

3. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and charged by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page. Credits and one-time purchases are consumed on use. See our Refund Policy.

4. AI output

Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. They are provided for entertainment and personal use. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, harassing, sexual, or deceptive use; no attempts to impersonate real people without consent; no reverse engineering or abuse of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

You own your uploads. You receive a licence to use the outputs you generate for personal and, where the plan says so, commercial purposes. We keep the rights to the Service itself.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@portraitpop.app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
